Das Stempel schnitzen habe ich in den letzten Monaten, fast schon Jahren, sehr vernachlässigt. Viel zu selten bin ich dazu gekommen und immer hatten andere Sachen Vorrang. Daher hat sich in der Zeit eine ellenlange Liste von Stempelideen angesammelt, die ich irgendwann unbedingt umsetzen möchte.
Zum Einstieg in die Woche habe ich mir also einfach mal die Zeit genommen und ein paar Stempel geschnitzt – Die Wäsche muss heute warten. 😉
Alles simple Motive, z.B. zwei Chamil Garden inspirierte Stempel. Ich wollte schon immer mal Stempel ausprobieren, die skizzenhaft sind und eben nicht auf Präzision und Perfektion ausgelegt sind. Und bei denen man auch spontaner schnitzen kann und nicht immer genau nach den vorgezeichneten Linien gehen muss…

Summary:
I’ve neglected stamp carving so much in the last months – years to be honest. Other things always had priority and the list of stamp ideas has gotten quite long during this time.
So today I decided to take the time to carve some of the stamps I’ve wanted to carve for such a long time – sorry laundry, you have to wait! 😉
All the designs were simple, e.g. two Chamil Garden inspired stamps. I’ve wanted to carve sketch-like stamps for a long time now. Designs, that don’t require exact and perfect carving. But stamps that can be carved more freely…
I like Mondays by the way, as you can make plans for the upcoming week, while still being full of hope to accomplish all of them. 😉 This week I have to continue creating snail mails for the 30 letters in April challenge and I have to overcome a journaling blockade….
